After you have completed and submitted the form, you will receive a confirmation email that your application has been registered. You will be contacted as soon as possible by one of our technical staff.

Repair conditions and rates

We strive to deliver a reliable and high-quality product, where customer satisfaction is held in high regard. Therefore, we continue to invest in our own professional after-sales service, which is always available. Please note: Leaks cannot be repaired at a temperature lower than 10°C.

On the invoice, the following costs are taken into account:​

• Rate for working hours of €87/hour/technician including VAT
• Travel costs per kilometre driven: 1.21 €/km including VAT
• Preparation cost*: 30 € incl. VAT
• Materials and spare parts
• Waste disposal fees
• Visits from our technician(s) to make a diagnosis in advance will also be charged at the time of invoicing.

The invoices are payable immediately.

* This cost is applied to every technical intervention and includes the following items: file management, preparation of work sheets, planning, ordering of parts, setting up of parts, directing the technician, tool costs, ...
